01. Inquiry, Assessment & Onboarding
Setting the foundation for success.
Once you complete your initial assessment, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your goals, project details, and the results you’re hoping to achieve. After confirming we’re a great fit, we’ll send over your proposal, contract, and deposit invoice to secure your project date. You’ll also receive a welcome guide outlining timelines, expectations, and next steps — so everything feels organized and clear from day one.
Deliverables may include: proposal, contract, onboarding guide, timeline overview, and project checklist.
02. Discovery & Strategy
We start with conversation and clarity.
This is where we get to know you — your mission, audience, and goals. Through a strategy session and creative questionnaire, we uncover what makes your brand unique and define the direction for your visual identity or website.

03. Design & Development
